In charge of Indonesian market trend research, local consumer taste analysis and brand localized promotion. Plan offline sampling, channel promotion and social media marketing activities to enhance AODO brand awareness and market penetration in Indonesia.

Responsible for daily bakery production line operations, including dough preparing, baking, packing, and machine operation. Strictly follow standard recipes and food safety regulations, ensure products meet quality and hygiene standards, and maintain a clean workshop environment.

Responsible for language interpretation and communication bridging between Chinese management/expats and local Indonesian factory workers on the shop floor. Handle daily office administrative translation, executive business meeting interpretation, and document translation for the general manager.

In charge of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll administration for the Indonesian facility. Ensure all factory employment practices comply with local Indonesian labor laws and support workplace culture building.

Responsible for comprehensive quality control and assurance of bakery products, starting from raw materials, production processes, to finished goods. Conducting laboratory inspections, organoleptic tests, monitoring food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/GMP), and ensuring all products meet AODO's quality standards in Indonesia.
